absolutely useless customer service/website. i needed to make a return, there kept being an issue with the website so needed to contact them. they kept saying they have emailed a returns label to me, but nothing was appearing in my inbox, despite me triple checking the address and spam folders. i had to ask FIVE times, they weren't even reading the messages properly.. i'd literally just get a copy paste same reply as before, without anyone acknowledging that there must be an issue with their system. eventually someone finally sent it through, but this literally therefore took 2-3 days to sort... either their agents are useless or their system isn't working properly, but either way - absolute nightmare to deal with.

1st, I love your brand.
I'm french and I'd like a french version on your website, as a french deposit (to avoid tax, change (£/€) and reduce delivery time and cost) in order to buy you more clothes.
I also sent you a message on instagram to have informations about the transacco designer but you didn't answer me.

I like the style of ellesse,and l like the fit and the feel, well made and good to look at, all this at a great price .l myself have never faulted the clothing and trainers, only problem, can't have it delivered fast enough LOL.

My experience purchasing from ellesse was top class from product range to check out.. compared to other sites it was straight forward, the prices I couldn’t believe either wish I purchased from them years ago great company

The website and ordering process were fine (hence 2*) I wish I could comment on the clothes but despite a promised delivery date of over a week ago, because you have chosen to use Evri, I have still not received them. Please consider using a better courier.

It was my first and regrettably last time buying from Ellesse directly. Placing the order was absolutely fine. It was the moment I got my order tracking email, and saw 'Evri' as their delivery partner that I knew it would go downhill from here. And I was right. Within 2 days my order stopped moving. Once it got to the depot, it stopped. I waited a few days thinking it's the the end of year business closures etc, and then waited..and waited. No movement at all from the delivery partner. Spoke to customer service, who quickly decided my parcel was lost, and then cut me off from the chat. Appalling service. Definitely not the service I expected from Ellesse. Let down!

Placed an order in December 3rd. Package never shipped. You shipped out again 2 weeks ago. It still shows in transit with a delivery date of December 15th???? Poor service, wasn’t even offered a discount or credit for shipping.
